The Juliet & Zoe ("Juliet & Zoe", "we" "us") website(s) (our "site" or "website") and related services are made available to you and Juliet & Zoe sells its products, in accordance with the following terms and conditions and any other rules posted on our site (collectively, the "Terms & Conditions"). Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.julietandzoe.com . We recommend you should keep a copy of the Terms & Conditions for future reference.

    In particular, we wish to draw your attention to our policies relating to the terms of purchase and our Privacy Policy. You must be over 18 to register for an account or submit an order.

    By visiting www.julietandzoe.com, registering for any account or ordering or purchasing from us, you are accepting and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

    These Terms & Conditions can be modified from time to time. If you do not agree to any change made in these Terms & Conditions then you must immediately stop using the site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not apply to that order, unless we are required to make the change by law.


    To use some of the services or features made available to you on this site you will need to register for an account on our website. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please update your details within the "MY ACCOUNT" page or notify us at the following e-mail address customercare@julietandzoe.com. We may also change registration requirements from time to time and can cancel your registration if you do not meet them. The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure and you must notify Juliet & Zoe immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.


    In order to make purchases on the site, you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, email address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the payment details provided.

    The site is available only to individuals and others who meet the Juliet & Zoe terms and conditions of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit or debit card by a bank acceptable to Juliet & Zoe, whose applications are acceptable to Juliet & Zoe and who have authorised Juliet & Zoe to process a charge or charges on their credit or debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase.

    By making an offer to purchase you expressly authorise us to use your information to perform such things and obtain such information about you to or from third parties to, amongst other things, authenticate your identity, anti-fraud checks, to validate your credit or debit card, checks arising out of any payment request being referred by your card issuer and such other checks as we may reasonably require for the purposes of verifying that the transaction is genuine and that you have the ability to pay. You agree to submit any further requested information (including any updated information) about you to enable us to carry out such checks and otherwise authenticate your identity.

    Furthermore, we shall be entitled to disclose any information provided by you used to process anti-fraud checks to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of such information.

    All of your orders are a legal offer to us to purchase on these Terms & Conditions and are subject to availability of stock and acceptance of your offer by us. However, you authorise us to take payment in advance for your order, before it has been accepted by us.

    All orders are subject to availability. Products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be ordered by other customers. If we have a product in stock and you place it in your shopping bag, but other customers order all the stock before you checkout and submit your order, you may find that the stock has run out. This can happen with very popular products.

    Juliet & Zoe offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally, however, we may be waiting for shipments. Consequently, we may invite you to have the possibility of making an Advance Payment in which case you are able to make an Advance Purchase. This will ensure that you receive this product in priority when the product is in stock. Your rights regarding Advance Purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at Juliet & Zoe's.

    Products received into stock will be processed to satisfy Advance Purchase orders, on the basis of earliest first, and customers making these Advance Purchase orders will receive products in priority to customers on the waiting list or customers ordering through the site following receipt into stock.

    Please be aware that there may be times when we may be unable to deliver selected Advance Purchase due to production problems or quality check issues identified when we receive an order into stock. In these circumstances, we may cancel your Advance Purchase. We will notify you by email and refund the Advance Payment to your credit or debit card within thirty days of being notified that merchandise has become unavailable.

    If you have registered you email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the site.


    Once you have made your choice and your order has been purchased and placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is only a confirmation that we have received it. This email does not amount to an acceptance of your order and a binding contract is not formed until your order is accepted by Juliet & Zoe. This will occur, whereby a binding contract will be formed between you and Juliet & Zoe, upon you receiving an email to confirm the products have been dispatched, unless you cancel the order. The sale contract is, therefore, concluded in Santa Eulàlia de Riuprimer (Barcelona) Spain and the language of the contract is English.

    In relation to the purchase of virtual gift cards, a binding contract is formed when we confirm your order and take payment.

    We are not liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from our website, whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing screening or editing any materials or content on the site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after the process has begun.

    We reserve the right not to accept any order you submit and we may refuse to accept an order, cancel any account or order or otherwise refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. Typical reasons for not accepting an order may be the following, without limitation, if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, shipping restrictions apply to a particular product, the product ordered is out of stock or the stocks received do not satisfy our quality control standards and are withdrawn or you do not meet the eligibility criteria (including the respective checks we are required to carry out in order to accept and order) set out within the Terms & Conditions.


    Prices shown on our site are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable.

    The price payable for your ordered products which you have purchased and delivery charge are as stated on our site, as confirmed in the ordering pages on our site and in any subsequent confirmation we send to you to acknowledge receipt of or accept your order.

    Our prices and other charges are only valid at the time of your visit and may change at any time.


    Payment for purchases can be made by such payment cards as are stated on our site from time to time. As at the date of these Terms & Conditions, these are VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and JCB. You can also choose to pay by Paypal.

    You agree that by submitting an order or Advance Purchase, this immediately authorises Juliet & Zoe to debit your debit or credit card with the order or Advance Purchase payment and implies that you offer to pay Juliet & Zoe if your order is accepted. Payment will be debited from your account at the time of your order. If you withdraw your order after placing it and before we have accepted it or we do not accept your order, this payment will be refunded to the debit or credit card as soon as possible.

    You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit or debit card to use it. All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Juliet & Zoe, we have the right to reject the order or Advance Purchase.

    When making a payment using a Gift Card, simply enter the Gift Card code in the designated field at checkout. If the order amount exceeds the Gift Card balance, please select the payment method with which you wish to cover the remaining amount. If the Gift Card balance exceeds the order amount, you may use the same code for your next purchase. The amount remaining will be available until your credit balance has been used up completely.

    When making a payment using a promotion code, simply enter the promotion code in the designated field at checkout. If the order amount exceeds the promotion code balance, please select the payment method with which you wish to cover the amount remaining.

    If your credit or debit card is not denominated in Euros, you should note that your card issuer will charge you for any currency exchange at the exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time your card issuer processes the transaction. You should check with your card issuer what you can expect to pay in your own currency, before submitting your order.

    We take reasonable care to make our site secure. All credit or debit card transactions on this site are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. We use our payment partner's safe payment platform systems. Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we shall not be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.


    The Virtual Gift Card can be used to purchase any article available on our website prior to its expiration date (12 months from the date of purchase). It can only be redeemed against products on the Juliet & Zoe site and it may not be returned or redeemed for cash.

    Returns of products paid using a virtual gift card, will not be refunded in cash and will be refunded only as value on the virtual gift card or as a separate virtual gift card.

    Virtual gift cards are emailed to the recipient. Juliet & Zoe is not responsible for misspellings or errors in the recipient's email address.
    Juliet & Zoe is not responsible if a virtual gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission. Juliet & Zoe reserves the right to cancel or block the Gift Card, if deemed necessary due to legal reasons, for example, in case of loss or misuse of the Gift Card. You will be informed immediately by Juliet & Zoe in the case of cancelling or blocking the Gift Card.


    Promotion codes have different time periods of validity. To determine the validity period, please refer to the document which contains the promotion code. Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion codes or offers, other than virtual gift cards.

    Juliet & Zoe cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent or non-authorised uses of promotion codes.
    Juliet & Zoe reserves the right to cancel or block the promotion code, if deemed necessary due to legal reasons, for example, in case of loss or misuse of the promotion code.


    Prices for purchasing to be delivered in European Union are inclusive of Spain sales tax and we bear the insurance cost of the merchandise.

    Please note that for purchasing to be delivered to a country served as DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) we bear the insurance costs of the merchandise as well as the costs for any accompanying documents. Product prices are shown inclusive of customs duties, handling fees, and goods and services tax but exclusive of Spain sales tax.

    Deliveries to countries liable to customs duties (DDU) will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Please be aware that we cover the insurance of the goods. The product prices as indicated are exclusive of value-added tax and customs duties, and are also exclusive of Spain sales tax. Please note that UPS will charge all import sales taxes, customs duties and handling charges separately for each country. Note also that you will be responsible for any banking charges as may be incurred in foreign countries. For binding information, we recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine the import taxes and costs and a landed cost price before submitting your order.

    Be aware that if you choose not to pay such import taxes and costs and these import taxes and costs then fall to Juliet & Zoe, we shall be entitled to charge you any additional costs incurred by Juliet & Zoe to you and you shall pay such amount in full to us, in addition to the price and delivery charges, any import taxes and costs, which we may pay.

    Juliet & Zoe insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. After required signature for any goods delivered, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If the recipient is not you because you have specified another (for example as a gift) then you accept that their signature (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Juliet & Zoe, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

    Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 or 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Juliet & Zoe are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

    Cancelling your order under the consumer contracts (information, cancellation and additional charges) regulations 2013

    This is an alternative to cancellation under the Julier & Zoe Returns & Exchange Policy and only for customers based in the EU under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (ICACRs). You have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice by mail or post as described below, i.e. before requesting your RA through your Juliet & Zoe account.

    Right to Cancel under the ICACRs

    You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after the day on which you ( or third party other than a carrier and indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the last of the goods without having to state reasons.

    You must inform us by letter at: Notice of Contract Cancellation, Customer Care Department, Juliet & Zoe, C/ de Dalt, 5-A, 08505 Santa Eulàlia de Riuprimer (Barcelona) Spain, or by email at: customercare@julietandzoe.com . You may also use the cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

    We will issue you with a full refund including the shipping cost paid by you (excluding additional shipping costs that result from choosing a different shipping option, other than the regular standard shipping option that we offer). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make reimbursement as soon as posible upon receiving the cancelled goods in any event within 14 days of our receiving your cancelled goods or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide us with evidence that the goods have been returned. If no goods were supplied, we will make reimbursement 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your cancellation.

    The payment method which was used to make the transaction will also be used for the reimbursement, unless we have explicitly agreed to something else. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

    We reserve the right to withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever comes first.

    Cancelled orders have to be sent back to: Juliet & Zoe, C/ de Dalt, 5-A, 08505 Santa Eulàlia de Riuprimer (Barcelona) Spain, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from day on which you communicate your cancellation of the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the items before the period of 14 days has expired.

    The cost of returning the goods is at your charge.

    You are only required to compensate us for any loss value of the goods resulting from the handling, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

    Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order under the ICACRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation any time after your order has been placed, up until 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order, by email or post as described above, i.e. before requesting your RA through your Juliet & Zoe account.

    Returns and exchanges using our free collection service

    You can use our free returns and exchanges collection service as an alternative to using your rights under the ICACRs.

    If you want a refund of the value of the item or an exchange for the same item in a different size, based on stock availability, you must request your Returns Authorization (RA) number within 14 days of order receipt, and return your items within 14 days of receiving your RA number. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit code and purchase the new piece separately. Or we can simply refund your credit or debit card so you can purchase a brand new product!

    All return shipments will be at our expense and will be made solely using the same service as the original delivery (UPS).

    Exchanges made to destinations outside of Europe will be processed for customs clearance and therefore any relevant import duty and tax charges will apply.

    Orders cancelled under the ICACRs cannot use our free collection service

    Return & enchange policy

    Items should be returned new, in their original Juliet & Zoe packaging, including all boxes, bags, heel tips, tags and all other things included in your order.

    Returns that are damaged, worn or altered will not be accepted and may be send back to the customer.

    All items have to be returned with a Return Authorization (RA) number to allow easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

    We may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly


    All shoes should be tried on on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

    Bags & wallets

    Our light-coloured bags and wallets can easily be altered by dark fabrics since dye can be transferred onto them. Please handle our delicate products with care. Bags and wallets should be returned in their original, undamaged Juliet & Zoe box as this is considered part of the product. Bags or walets that are returned without Juliet & Zoe box or in a damaged Juliet & Zoe box may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.


    Please try our garments on carefully, as all products must be returned unaltered, including Juliet & Zoe box. Garments should be returned in their original, undamaged Juliet & Zoe box as this is considered part of the product. Garments that are returned without Juliet & Zoe box or in a damaged Juliet & Zoe box may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

    Faulty goods

    Goods are faulty if you receive them damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

    If you want to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If it's possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you will receive a full refund.


    We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on JulietandZoe.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

    Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

    Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. All signature Juliet & Zoe pink boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged. You cannot use Juliet & Zoe pink boxes as external packaging.

    Free collection does not apply to items returned from a different country to the original shipping destination or to orders cancelled under the ICACRs.

    We prefer that items are returned to us via UPS to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure means. Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not returned via UPS.

Juliet & Zoe tries to have the exact and complete information on this site but we cannot guarantee that the content is exact or free of errors. Juliet & Zoe does not guarantee that the functional aspects of the site or content is free of errors or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other damaging components.

    The use of the site and its content does not give you any rights related to copyright and royalties including designs, brands and other intellectual property and material rights relative to the content (as described above), as well as Juliet & Zoe Software and all HTML and other codes on this site. All the content, including designs, third party's brands and the intellectual property related to the rights mentioned or shown on this site are protected by intellectual property national laws and other international treaty laws and regulations. You are allowed to use only the content that is specifically autorised by Juliet & Zoe. Any reproduction or redistribution of the content stated above is prohibited and can result in civil penalty and criminal punishment. Without prejudice of the above stated, it is explicitly prohibited to copy and use the materials mentioned above on any other server, location or format to publish, reproduce or distribute.

    Nevertheless, you are allowed to make a copy so as to visualise the content for your own, personal, non-commercial use.     We accept the responsibility for the death or personal injuries caused by our negligence.

    If Juliet & Zoe violates the Terms and Conditions, we will only be responsible for the direct losses and reasonably foreseeable consequences of the stated violation.

    We are not responsible for the unfulfilment of our obligations under the Terms and Conditions if it is caused by events that are out of our control.

    We are not responsible for losses not caused by our unfulfilment or negligence, indirect losses that are a secondary effect of the main loss or harm and that are not reasonably foreseeable by you or us (for example, the loss of profit or the loss of opportunity).

    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your legal rights.

    Any exclusion or limitation of responsibility of Juliet & Zoe is extended to personal responsibility of its employees or agents.


    You accept that you are personally responsible for the use of this site and for all of your communications and activities on this site. If it is determined that you are participating or have participated in prohibited activities, that you are not respectful towards other users or that you have violated the Terms and Conditions, we can deny your access to this site temporarily or permanently.

    You acknowledge and accept that there is no joint company, association, employment or agency relationship between yourself and Juliet & Zoe as a result of the Terms and Conditions or the use of this site. You accept that you cannot and will not act as a representative, agent or employee of Juliet & Zoe, and we will not be responsible for any representation, act or omission on your part.

    If you fail to fulfill the Terms and Conditions and we take no action against you, we do not renounce the right to use our rights and remedies on any other occasion when you fail to fulfill the conditions of service.
