To check the balance of your virtual gift card, enter the code in the "check balance" box in the gift card page. If you are a registered user, you can also check it on your account page.

When placing an order for an amount that is less than the value of the virtual gift card, don't worry 'cause the remaining balance will be available on the original virtual gift card code and can be used on the next orders.

If your order exceeds the value of the virtual gift card, the remaining balance must be paid by credit or debit card.

If you return products that you have purchased using a virtual gift card, you will receive an email from our customer care with a replacement virtual gift card for the appropriate refund amount.

If you return a product paid by virtual gift card and credit card, you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial card payment and the remaining amount will be refunded as a gift card.
